About the role

We have a fantastic opportunity in our Commercial Agency team for a driven and motivated Sales and Leasing Cadet looking to launch their career into commercial real estate. This is an entry level position available for those wanting to develop the necessary skills to become a first-class commercial real estate agent.

Tasks will be varied whilst you will need to learn all aspects of the sales and leasing process; from prospecting, to developing marketing skills, negotiation tactics, and through to executing a final sale.

  • Business Development and Prospecting for new opportunities
  • Taking enquiries from buyers/tenants
  • Arranging and Inspecting properties
  • Attending listing appointments, and managing relationships with both new & existing landlords/vendors
  • Organise and attend open for inspections and private inspections
  • Process rental applications and reference check 
  • Respond to incoming enquiries via phone and email

You will have

  • Completed or enrolled in your Agents Representative Certificate / Cert IV in Real Estate Practice
  • Proactive team player and strong work ethic
  • Strong Negotiation techniques
  • An understanding of the Melbourne property market is essential
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Valid drivers licence and reliable access to a vehicle
  • The ability to converse in a language other than English is valuable, preferably Mandarin
