Digital Marketing Assistant
The Ray White Langwarrin team are looking to welcome a motivated and enthusiastic marketing specialist to join our administration team.
Ray White prides itself on professional marketing that stands above the rest. We are looking for someone to join our team on a full time basis.
The Digital Marketing Assistant role will be fast paced and no two days will be the
same. You’ll be digitally savvy, have a flare for design, love socials, be comfortable
multitasking, have a good eye for detail, and love to be organised.
This role reports to the Director who has over 25 years of extensive Real Estate
experience who will guide and mentor you to ensure your professional development
and career progression.
Your Marketing based duties will include:
Social media strategy and implementation following Ray White social media
policies and guidelines
Social media community management
EDM development
Blog creation
Creating and collating digital and print marketing and promotional material,
including brochures, seasonal and ongoing campaigns for all departments
Website management and content creation
Arrange community events, including social media content for the event,
organising material required at events ie. community boards
From an Administration side of things duties will include:
Supporting the office team as required
You’ll be happy to work in a high paced sales team, possess a drive to get the job
done, have a great can-do attitude with great communication skills with the ability to
manage multiple projects at a time within tight deadlines.

Real Estate experience is not necessary, but an interest in the industry is certainly helpful.
