THE ROLE:

Working beside one of our leading agents, you will be tasked with providing first class support as you develop your skills as an up-and-coming agent.

You will learn the ins and outs of how to build a real estate business and can progress into a full sales agent if desired with excellent training provided upon completion of your training period.


NO real estate sales experience necessary or even required.


Your day-to-day will consist of all activities that you would expect as an in-demand sales agent. You will “shadow” a lead agent on all of their daily appointments whilst you learn your craft, so you must be prepared for excitement and also be flexible in your availability. If you are driven, goal-oriented and enjoy success then this role will be the perfect fit for you!


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

This position is the perfect role for a motivated, loyal person with exceptional presentation, and strong attention to detail.


This is an entry level role that would ideally suit an energetic, determined and focused person interested in pursuing a career in the real estate industry. Full training will be provided along with opportunities to progress to more senior roles as you grow within the industry.


Duties will include:

  • Providing first class service and regular communication to our buyers and sellers
  • Assisting with inspections and open homes
  • Preparation of all marketing and prospecting materials
  • Lead generation
  • Buyer follow up
  • Contract administration
  • Diary management 
  • Attending building inspections and bank valuations
  • Attending sales training, sales meetings and company events
  • Administration duties, data entry and database management
  • Assistance with property appraisals
  • Assisting with Saturday open homes each week (with a mid-week rostered day off)


This rare opportunity that will suit a person who:

  • MUST be willing and able to obtain a QLD real estate registration OR full licence, prior to employment as this is legally required.
  • Has a driver's licence and reliable car
  • Has the highest level of personal presentation
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Has great organisational skills
  • Can be friendly and have a helpful personality
  • Has a strong ability to prioritise and problem solve
  • Is loyal and hardworking
