  • A current drivers licence and vehicle
  • Experience is preferred, however not required

  • A solid understanding of property management software and relevant laws and regulations
  • A "do whatever it takes" attitude to reach goals and tackle challenges

Your Role and Responsibilities

As our Property Officer, you'll be responsible for:

  • Efficiently leasing properties and promoting them online
  • Managing the processing of rental applications and tenant background checks
  • Preparing and conducting ingoing inspection reports
  • Coordinating open homes and private viewings with potential tenants
  • Maintaining a database of potential tenants and matching them with available rental properties
  • Providing feedback to property owners and managers
  • Supporting your property manager with daily tasks, such as routine inspections, maintenance, rent reviews, and lease renewals
