The Role:
- The portfolio is managed in a team environment, so there is support
- Liaising with owners and tenants
- Organising maintenance and supervising to completion
- Negotiating lease renewals and rent increases
- Arrears management, including VCAT applications and attendance
- Primary software packages used to support the role are PropertyMe & Inspect Real

The successful applicant must have:
- A (VIC) agents representative certificate or Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice is vital and previous Property Management experience
- Excellent time management skills
- Great customer service skills
- Positive attitude
