About You:
The right person will have the support in marketing, CRM, group training, centralised administration, as well as strong systems and processes that therefore allow the right candidate to manage their day-to-day operations as a ‘listing and selling superstar’, without the normal distractions that are typical with this role.
Your time will be free to manage at your own discretion, and you will ‘take charge’ of this role without the need for daily micro-management.
To be considered for an interview for this position, the following credentials
are essential:
- Ability to achieve and exceed internal targets, expectations and KPI's
- Exceptional negotiation skills
- Real estate market knowledge
- Proven background in both listing and selling
- You will have current NSW Real Estate Licence Class 2 - and 12-18 months of experience.
