Fello is a property advisory group with a track record in delivering quality service and long-term commitment to our valued clients. As one of the leader in Project Marketing, Fello specialises in off-the-plan and newly completed properties across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adeialde including Apartments, Townhouses, Villas and House & Land. 

This is due to our continued business growth, we are seeking an energetic and dedicated Property Partner to head our Sydney based property division. This role will offer the right person future development paths within the business, as well as personal development opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

Your key duties will include (but are not limited to):

- Source and generate leads for new business

- Promote and sell the fastest developing House & Land Estate in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adeialde.

- Build and maintain database for potential new clients as requested.

- Develop and co-ordinate business.

- Establish relationships and systems within the sales department to encourage referrals.

- Achieve sales targets as indicated in Key Performance Indicators.

What we are looking for:

- A passionate team player with demonstrated experience in similar role.

- Current certificate of registration/license is a necessity.

- A great track record of sales and relationship management.

- Strong organisation and time management skills.

- Outstanding communications skills.

- Well spoken English.

- Attractive commission.
