We are currently searching for an enthusiastic person to join our growing Property Management team to assist with inspections.

This exciting position involves working within a vibrant industry that offers new experiences and versatility on a daily basis.

You will be working closely with our mulit-award winning BDM and this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills as a stepping stone into full time Property Management. 

Full training is provided before you commence. On-going training will continue during your employment. You will be expected to have a strong desire to learn and to do well for yourself and your colleagues. A team player.

You’ll need to be of fine character, well presented, have personal drive, great communication skills, an Agents Representative certificate and have your own clean car and driver’s license.

This role is flexible 3-4 days per week.

You will be responsible for:

• Coordinating property inspections
• Conducting inspections
• Providing reports
• Landlord and Tenant liaison
• Working closely with our Head of Department
