The purpose of this position is to assist in the leasing of residential properties under the guidance and support of a Director. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for professionally displaying residential rental properties and the selection of quality tenants while maintaining Inner Real Estate’s compliance with the laws.
This role is key to establishing Inner Real Estate NextRE as a leader in residential real estate sales and management within the Melbourne CBD and surrounding areas. The role requires effective management of all stakeholders engaged in the listing, tenant selection, rent collection and service of document processes.
