You will work alongside the Director directly who will mentor you and provide you with all the tools and skills needed to become an elite sales agent in the area.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Actively prospecting and converting leads to active listings.
  • Prepare and present accurate appraisals.
  • Undertake quality listing presentations.
  • Hosting, organising, and managing open-house inspections and auctions.
  • Diary management and organising of appointments.
  • Building and managing a data client base.
  • Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business and opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain good relationships/rapport as well as networking with clients, buyers and vendors.
  • Ensure each sales transaction process is delivered to the client’s expectations.
  • Utilise various channels (online networking sites, network events, cold calling etc.) to source for new opportunities.
  • Regular reporting to the Director.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Agents Representative Certificate or Real Estate License.
  • Strong people skills and an ability to gain the trust of your clients.
  • Focused and active in developing new business.
  • Excellent time management skills and punctuality.
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail.
  • Able to work autonomously and within a team.
