Let's not hide from it, Property Management can be challenging but with the imminent application of our new Property Management platform our client is looking for you to join a revolutionary business model, designed simply to give you a true work life balance!

To be successful you must have experience in Property Management of at least 18 months. The properties are all within very close proximity of each other (many in the same development) and there is full administration and leasing support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all communication is responded to within 24 hours
  • Scheduling, conducting and reporting routines
  • Daily portfolio management of rent arrears and providing landlord updates
  • Issuing all notices to tenants in line with the Residential Tenancy ACT
  • Presenting at VCAT where required
  • Complete ingoing and outgoing Condition Reports using Inspection Express applicatio
  • Dealing with all maintenance repairs and liaising with builders to ensure warranty maintenance is completed.
  • Manage insurance claims on behalf of owners
  • Working Saturday Roster as scheduled
  • Document/file all appropriate information into Property Tree
  • Manage all bond claims within the RTA regulations
  • Meet monthly KPI targets

You will be provided with;

  • Fully maintained company car for use during the day,
  • E-tag, fuel card
  • Monthly parking allowance
  • Mobile phone also provided
  • Very generous base salary
  • Plus commissions (KPI bonus offered based on every day duties/tasks performed by the Property Managers)

You must have:

  • Agents Representative Certificate
  • A valid Australian Drivers License
  • A reliable vehicle
