This is an exciting opportunity to apply your leadership and stakeholder management expertise to oversee facilities management and manage property related projects. The focus of the role will be to lead a team of four staff to manage Treasury’s facilities and property management functions in a diverse range of owned and leased assets within the framework of government procurement and contract management requirements.

You will have demonstrated high-level leadership, project management and service delivery skills, including demonstrated stakeholder engagement, organisational change management, project planning, risk and issue management, and benefits realisation skills. You will also have the ability to influence and resolve issues to achieve results. You will be able to provide examples that demonstrate your high-level interpersonal communication skills, as well as your ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

The Salary range for this role is $98,358.00 to $111,379.00 pro rata per annum, plus superannuation.

Hours per fortnight

Up to 73.5 - hours flexible - talk to us about how this could work for you. We are open to considering a range of flexible work options including part-time hours.

Essential Requirements

As a result of a risk assessment process the Head of Agency gave consideration to where vaccination is a necessary control to protect the health and safety of workers and the community and therefore it has been determined that prior to appointment to these duties a person is to provide evidence that they are vaccinated against the disease known as COVID-19. 

Highly Desirable Requirements

Completion or partial completion of relevant tertiary or industry qualifications, and/or professional affiliation.
